Audit department manager is needed for Deloitte

Manager/Senior Manager, Audit department (Remote locations – Dushanbe, Bishkek)

We offer:

Gross annual salary of 50 000 – 60 000 USD

Responsibilities:

As a Deloitte Manager, you will be involved in managing the audit of key clients, which involves audit planning; the day-to-day management of field teams, including audit work reviews; liaising with key client staff and managing the reporting process on remote locations.

∙ Developing and coaching staff.

∙ Ensuring audits/engagements are completed within the agreed timeframes.

∙ Budgeting time to engagements and explaining budget discrepancies.

∙ Drafting accounts in accordance with IFRS

Qualifications:

∙ ACCA/CPA or equivalent qualification

∙ 5+ years of external audit experience or similar industry experience

∙ IFRS knowledge

∙ Knowledge of financial reporting and controls.

∙ Commercial awareness of current economic and market trends

∙ A track record of establishing strong relationships with clients.

∙ Well-developed project management skills

∙ An analytical approach and a motivated and committed attitude

∙ An ability to develop strong client relationships

∙ Advanced spoken and written English

∙ The ability to work independently and in a number of varied and challenging environments.

∙ Exceptional presentation, business writing and professional standards.
